💳 Deposits & Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

This applies to all services and can be paid online, via bank transfer, or in person. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

❌ Cancellation Policy

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of your deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) may result in a full charge being applied for the missed session.
If you arrive 10+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if adequate notice is given.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable based on your consultation or medical history.
In such cases, your deposit may be held to cover the consultation time and resources used.
